Copper Ox is the finish most like the old gingerbread true patina brass. We have ours done in a special way, with lovely black antique for the best old, antique look, rich and deep. It's my favorite! It is a very even finish, commercially applied by the finest costume jewelry finishers in the business, according to strict industry standards for jewelry components. It is a permanent finish and does not need polishing or lacquer. Brass ox plating contains no nickel.
