Does B'sue Boutiques Ship Internationally?

Yes! We love to ship internationally!

There are just a few stipulations:

We require a 20.00 minimum merchandise order to send orders abroad. This is because extra paperwork is required to ship goods outside the US , which takes us time to prepare. So, we would appreciate it if you would respect the minimum of 20.00 in merchandise, when making an order with us at B'sue Boutiques.

Please understand that customs charges are outside our control, and they are by no means part of the shipping charge. They may come *on top* of the fee we charge to send the package, and if they are levied, you will have to pay them before you can receive the package. If you are worried about customs fees, ask your postmaster about fees and charges *before* you place your order. Your postmaster will have the most current information. We do not know charges for customs, country by country. This is your responsibility.

If your order arrives and you decide to abandon it because you do not wish to pay the customs charge, please know we cannot accept the returned package and cannot refund, nor can we pay the fees to send it back to you. The package will be treated as abandoned. So it is good to find out ahead of time what the fees might be, and your postmaster can help you.

Many countries allow packages with smaller values to enter the country without customs fees. It would be good for you to know what that amount is, so you can take that into account when you order.

At this time we do not split larger orders into smaller ones to save customs fees, as it requires a lot of extra time here to pack and fulfill the order, and it can also create errors and duplications.

ONE SOLUTION: You can, however, make several smaller orders during the week and check out separately, if you want to keep your order totals low, but we cannot do the bulk discount for over 250.00 (see the report for volume discounts on our homepage) unless the order is submitted all together *in most cases*. Just ask us about it if you have concerns.

Please do not ask us to label the customs document as a gift. This is illegal, so it is not possible. Thank you for understanding.

I can send goods to most countries by first class international mail, if your order is UNDER 40.00. The fee for this is 6.00, Canada 5.00.

If it is OVER 40.00 and UNDER 150.00 and will fit in the Priority International mailers, the fee is 12.00, 10.00 Canada. NEITHER OF THESE METHODS CARRIES INSURANCE OR IS GUARANTEED.

We have had VERY good success with Priority International Mail and very few packages go lost. But, if you chose one of these two methods without insurance, I cannot refund or replace the goods if they do not arrive. I can, however, prove we shipped the orders, so if your order is late, by all means, get in touch and I will get the tracking number for you.

IF YOUR ORDER IS OVER 150.00, we need to discuss shipping by EXPRESS MAIL with full insurance and tracking. The charge for first pound is 32.00 and most Express Mail packages we ship cost between 32.00 and 48.00 to ship, depending on weight and where they are going. THIS IS THE SAFEST WAY to ship abroad, especially if you are spending a good deal of money on your order.

OUR WEBSITE DOES NOT CHARGE ACCURATELY FOR OVERSEAS SHIPPING AT THIS TIME. In some cases it charges close enough, and we let it go, especially if you are a regular customer. But, sometimes it is enough that we simply must bill for the rest of the money due. If you leave a credit card with your order, the total will be adjusted and noted on your invoice. SHIPPING FEES ARE NEVER INCLUDED IN THE AMOUNT DECLARED ON YOUR DOCUMENTS.

If you have paid by PayPal and we do not have enough money to ship, we will bill you for the rest and in *most cases* will not detain your order while we wait for the rest; we'll go ahead and ship it.

THERE ARE A FEW COUNTRIES TO WHICH I CANNOT SHIP AT THIS TIME.

WE CAN ship to Australia , New Zealand , UK , Canada , most of the countries in Europe including Sweden , Finland and Norway ; we can also ship to Russia , Japan , Taiwan , Hong Kong , Singapore , and most South American countries. I can ship to the United Arab Emirates and to South Africa .

BUT.... There are a number of Middle Eastern, Indonesian and African countries to which I cannot ship at this time. If you have any questions, please write me before you make your order. I will be happy to help.
