Filigree Tussie Mussie Findings
About three inches end to end, brass filigree base with brass ox/black antique permanent finish. Hanging hole at the end, open at the other, this is specially rolled filigree made to look like a Victorian tussie mussie. What to do with it? This is what I have always done.....find delicate milliner's flowers in a crafts store or specialty shop, or make a little beaded bouquet. Glue or wire it into the open end. Hang a pretty bead or charm from the hanging hole, and usually I would glue rhinestone chain or wire seed beads over the seam of the rolled filigree to hide that. To the back of the cone, I'd glue a pin back, up and down vertically, or glue on a tac back finding just under the upper rim of the cone, at the top. VOILA! A beautiful tussie mussie pin! This finding is sold by the piece.
