Huge Victorian Winged Cartouche
Huge Victorian winged cartouche. This is a very detailed and versatile part. Can be made into a buckle or used to embellish a purse. Flip it around to accent armoire or chair. Try soft jaw pliers to curve the ends and bond to a wide based cuff. Use E6000 and clamps for about 24 hours to make a beautiful cuff. It is brass based, made from old tooling. 63 x 88mm. Sold by the piece.
