Shopping Policies

Please read the following information before placing your order:

I accept Visa, MC, Checks, Money Orders and PAYPAL.  
Please do not consider sending cash for your purchases.

 I no longer accept Western Union, BidPay, Eurocheck or 
International Money Orders for website purchases. 

Shipping and handling charges are extra.  They will be estimated with 
all orders for domestic US shipment when you receive your order confirmation.  In actuality, they may be a little less or a little more, but rest assured that our ship fees are lower than most, and are practical. 

Ohio residents will be charged 7.5% state sales tax on all orders 
unless you can furnish a resale/tax exempt license number. 

We ship ONLY United States Postal Service.  We will always chose 
not only the best way but the most practical and inexpensive one, as well.  
We do tend to insure all website orders.  Insurance fees are extra, the 
standard rate levied by the United States Postal Service. 

International orders will be shipped the best and most practical way, 
while taking care to keep economy in mind.  Please do not ask us to label 
your orders as a gift on the customs declaration.  This is illegal.  
Thank you for your understanding. 

Your requests will be filled in the order received.  In the event that an 
item you wished to purchase has gone out of stock, it will be noted on 
your enclosed invoice and you will not be charged for it.  Generally we do 
not do backorders under $25.00 and all backorders are subject to review.  
If you do not wish any merchandise backordered, just let us know.

We ship on Tuesdays, Thursdays and some Fridays.  
Your order will be shipped on the day closest to its receipt.


I WANT TO ORDER BUT I DON'T LIKE TO ENTER MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET...
...but I still want to use my credit card.  Can I call you? 

Sure, but we are not here everyday.  Our fax is on 24 hours a day and 
you can always send your information that way.  1-330-426-6905.   

If you want to talk to me about an order, or have a question and 
just feel better talking to a human being, that's fine.  Please call 
Tuesday 9-9pm EST, Thursday 9-5pm EST, or Friday 9-5pm EST.  
You will find me here Saturdays by chance and every

WE ARE USUALLY NEVER AVAILABLE  
MONDAYS  or WEDNESDAYS.

 
WHAT ABOUT RETURNS? 

Please make all selections carefully.  If there is not enough information 
with a product to suit you, please email me with your questions before ordering it. 

Dimensions for all pieces are given.  Please take them into account.  
We do accept returns, but you should know that if the item is not defective 
and is as described, we do levy a 20% restocking fee
.

Please understand that custom orders and special order merchandise 
are not returnable under any circumstances.

If you find a return is necessary, please email me at bsue1441@aol.com 
to let me know what's wrong and when you will be sending the item back 
to us.  Then, we need you to be prompt.  We will not accept the return 
beyond ten days of your email to let us know you are sending it back.  
Late returns will be refused and come back to you in the mail. 

We can refund your money or give you a credit on a future order.  
Please specify with the return.  THANKS! 

 

It's important that you realize that we will also not accept any return that 
is not pre-authorized.  That means you simply MUST email me to let me
 know you want to return the product before doing so; this way I can be looking for it and get your refund for you in an organized fashion.  
In most cases, we do not refund shipping fees. 

When returning, be sure to put a confirmation tracking ticket 
on your package, and you may also wish to insure. 

Goods must be returned in the original packaging, same condition 
as when we shipped them.  If an item is damaged in shipment, you must 
file a claim with the carrier.  Do NOT return any goods damaged in 
shipment, please contact the carrier (USPS) and me, FIRST. 

NOTE:  There is NO physical shop at B'sue Boutiques, nor any showroom.  
We are sorry that we cannot invite you to come to visit at this time; 
I regret there is no way for us to accommodate walk-up traffic.
