	Rusty Black Patina
	Rusty Black Patina is an innovative, permanent plating shade applied over raw brass tooling (stampings). It is the most unique gunmetal-type plating I have ever seen. First, it's not a true gunmetal, though at first glance it may appear to be. Look again! and you will see that it has pronounced chocolate-brown undertones. Now, THAT is where it gets exciting! This plating shade is ready to be used just as you see it here. But let's ramp it up a step----apply a little Renaissance Wax on a soft cloth, and now, its dimension grows a bit. Or leave the Renwax alone and take a Sunshine Cloth and buff it out hard, by hand. Doing so, you will raise remarkable chocolate brown---almost brass ox!--highlights, and a little sheen. It also looks very nice when painted with contrasting colors and Gilder's Paste. Rusty Black Patina plate is a NICKEL-FREE finish. Once you try it, I can almost guarantee that you'll return for more! Rusty Black Patina is a TRUE DESIGNER FINISH.
