"Puffy" refers to a two-sided, hollow charm that is blown-out, or dimensional, or......just puffy! These selections are a special delight as they are made from the SAME old tooling that made them back in the 30's to 50's, the same as may be found on legitimate old vintage jewelry. Ours have been made of brass and plated to our specifications in the finishes shown in the listings.
