These 22x13mm lightweight pearshape beads with a through hole running the length of the bead are made of Paper Mache with a slightly textured surface that is coated with a white pearl finish. They are known as "Cotton Pearl" because they were originally made with a cotton fiber base. Slight variations in size, texture, and finish are to be expected in these hand crafted items.
