Metal cleaner and degreaser has been specially developed for rapid and complete removal of dirt, oil and grease from most metal surfaces in preparation for applying finishes. Metal cleaner and degreaser has built-in corrosion inhibitors that protect the metal surfaces while cleaning. Metal cleaner and degreaser is NOT a polish and will easily remove or damage the finish on polished and plated surfaces. DO NOT USE on and avoid contact with Formica, marble, special colored grout, woods, fabrics and porous surfaces. Always test on an inconspicuous area before using. SPECIAL NOTE: Oxidation will form soon after cleaning , so work quickly.
Directions: Use in a well ventilated area. Always wear goggles or face shield, vapor respirator, protective clothing and gloves when handling product. Store in temperatures between 50-90 F. 1) Apply with a brush, sponge or rag, or simply spray onto the surface to be cleaned. Do not dilute, use full strength. Do not clean your metal until just before you are ready to apply the finish. 2) Allow the metal cleaner to sit on the surface for a short amount of time, then scrub the metal's surface with a Scotch-Brite pad. Avoid prolonged contact time as this can damage the surface. When using on aluminum, leave the metal cleaner on for a short amount of time or a white oxidation may form. When using on iron or steel, follow the same directions but make sure to dry the surface quickly, after neutralizing, or rust will form. 3) Rinse the surface with water. Wipe with a sponge or clean cloth while rinsing. Dry thoroughly with clean white paper towels.

Do not ingest. Do not breathe fumes, vapor or spray. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wear vapor respirator, protective clothing, eye protection and gloves.
FIRST AID: If on skin, wash with soap and water. Flush with water for 15 minutes if in eyes. If ingested, seek medical advice immediately and show the container or the label. Seek medical attention for any side effects from using this product. Keep out of reach of children. Sold by the package.
