|How do I create an account?|
|1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
|How do I edit my account information?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. First class or economy US shipping is FREE on orders 50.00 up, insurance and signature confirmation costs extra. Please contact email@example.com if you would like an upgrade.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|How do I return my product?|

|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|What is your return policy?|
|Do you accept returns?
If the item is defective, ALWAYS.
If somehow the item is not as described....ALWAYS.
If we sent you the wrong item...by all means! YES.
In a case such as the above, we will not only accept your return, but pay your return shipping after you send it back. We do not send call tags.
PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR ENCLOSED INVOICE AS SOON AS YOU GET YOUR PACKAGE. Returns and shortages MUST be reported within three days of receipt. If you delay, we may not be able to help.
Email us either through the site or at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will okay your return. NEVER RETURN ANYTHING you have not reported first.
What if you just don't like it? What if it doesn't work for your project? What if you measured wrong. You may still return the item! Simply EMAIL ME FIRST, then return quickly. If you delay in returning (some have taken 2 or 3 weeks to send something back) we may refuse the return. All returns need to be made within a practical, prompt amount of time. What doesn't work for you, will work for another customer.
ALSO: please know that we may opt to charge a restock fee of 20% on returns that are just things you don't want, don't like, are wrong for your project (in other words, stuff we didn't make a mistake on, in some way). This covers our restock expenses and also helps you to realize that you need to be responsible in chosing merchandise. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT AN ITEM----I AM ONLY AN EMAIL AWAY. I would rather talk you out of something than ship it to you and have it not be right for you.
TRACK ALL RETURNS. You might want to insure them as well, as we cannot replace funds for something that gets lost when you return it to us. When you contact us for a return, all the info will be given you for a safe and speedy return, but we do not send labels. Goods must be returned in UNUSED CONDITION, in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING, with a COPY OF YOUR INVOICE.
If you get a package that is obviously damaged in shipping, let USPS know IMMEDIATELY, take the package back to them and complain. Start a claim and then call us.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.|
