Water base sealer, glue and finish. Can be used on all surfaces, non-toxic. Apply with brush or sponge and cleans up with soap and water. 4 fl oz bottle. Use it to apply images to the backs of crystals, to seal images for use with resin and so many other applications.

Matte Mod Podge is my go-to product for many mixed media paper-craft projects. Not sure if I love it for tissue decoupage, but it may be "user error" or lack of attention to detail!

Mod Podge is a must when setting paper images in Ice Resin. I coat the front and back of the image with 3 coats on each side, letting each coat dry completely between coats. This step is important because if you don't coat your image than the resin will make the image transparent or bleed.
