Tulip flower bead.  Brass base plated in a silverware silver Plate finish.  Hole on the end to string.  About 21 x 14mm but can vary just a bit.   Sold by the piece.   I LOVE THIS FINDING.....It is manipulated so beautifully, makes great earring drops or use it as a highly dimensional bead cap....try some, you will be hooked!   Silverware silverplate is A TRUE DESIGNER finish, made and applied by the best plater in the US costume jewelry trade.  It's more expensive, but most of my customers have said, they'd rather have it than any other.
